Thank you so much for supporting our little project. We're grateful to be able to share our creations with you!

Packaging

We try to make use of packaging materials we already have (mailers, plastic sleeves, bubblewrap, etc. from other packages or products) first. Your packaging may not look brand new, but our products themselves will reach you in excellent condition. :)

We hope you will also reuse any materials that come with your order to whatever extent possible (even if it's just giving a mailer/bag one more life by using it for your trash!).

We commit to processing all orders within one week (we are students/working ladies who need to call their moms). If we run into any processing issues or delays, we'll reach out as soon as possible!

We are currently based in two different countries, and so is our inventory. Our products may reach you in two different shipments. You can find out where each product will ship from on its product page.

We ship our products using our respective national postal services by default. For transparency, the shipping costs we've entered on our Big Cartel back-end are rough estimates based on our recent, previous shipping experiences.

If our shipping estimates end up being over by 15%, we commit to refunding you the over-estimated amount. (For example, if you were charged 1,000JPY for shipping, but the eventual shipping cost was 800JPY, we will refund you 200JPY. If you were charged 1000JPY for shipping but the eventual cost was 900JPY, we will not refund you.)

We are also always happy to do local pick-up or use local delivery services. (You can find out where we're currently based on our Instagram.) 

Because of our tiny scale, we're generally able to explore and accommodate alternatives. (In addition to shipping/delivery method, we can be flexible about payment method, making custom orders, gift wrapping, etc. Just let us know. :) )
